I have to say BLONDE. I like both, brown makes you look a little older, but still very cute. You should just put some really chunky blonde in it, so you have the best of both worlds.
i am definitely loving the blonde! they both look fabulous tho. but blonde is always fun in the summer and dark in the winter!
